US MAIL OUTAGE NOTICE:
On February 28, 2020, Epiq, the US Mail provider for File & ServeXpress (FSX), experienced a ransomware attack and shut down all systems globally. FSX was notified of the shut down on March 2nd and has processed all US mail requests submitted from 2/28/2020 – 3/5/2020 through a secondary mail provider. For this reason, your US Mail request may be delayed. FSX is providing this certificate as proof of your US mail request.
