We are looking for a motivated, smart, detail oriented, process-oriented, and data-driven individual to serve as the Product Implementation Specialist. This role will be a member of the Product Management Team and will have critical contributions to the project teams that are responsible for delivering product implementations that are on time, on budget, and in scope, focused on providing value to users and increasing FSX revenue.

The Product Implementation Specialist role will work directly with our end users and client’s subject matter experts to configure our product for their specific business requirements. This person will build, document, and test configuration-oriented solutions as required to meet client needs and conform to contractual and security requirements. They will partake in product development meetings to comprehend new functionalities and report on customer feedback. Additionally, they will provide product demonstrations to clients and internal teams to demonstrate the product configurations that they have completed to align with the clients business requirements.

This role will become a subject matter expert and contribute to preparing the Operations Team for the ongoing support of product implementations.

In addition to client facing work, the Product Implementation Specialist will create and maintain integration specific standard operating procedures based on different implementation types that the project team can be inserted into project schedules and use for go-live readiness checklists.

A successful candidate will be able to work efficiently and independently in a face-paced complex environment, communicate clearly and effectively, manage high volumes of tasks and projects with minimal guidance, respond with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a swift response or turnaround, take effective action in a timely and responsive manner, think creatively, exercise strong and confident judgement, and be proactive in solving problems. A high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information as well as the ability to work well with both internal and external employees and customers, is essential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Passion for serving customers, take great pleasure in seeing them successful and proven ability to build a customer operations organization that puts the customer first.
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills and ability to synthesize and articulate technical information to both technical and non-technical colleagues/customers.
  • Knowledge in the fundamentals of servers, software, configuration management, and data management; and experience successfully troubleshooting systems and application issues. Demonstrated knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Demonstrated ability to take charge of tough problems, attacking them from different angles and bring together a diverse array of stakeholders on the same page and drive great business results for the customer.

  • Must be an organized, and energetic team player; able to work independently with limited supervision and guidance; excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to multi-task and prioritize a high-volume workload.

  • Mastery of standard Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to write advanced SQL queries to read, write, and update data in response to changing situational requirements.
