Industry eFiling pioneer expands in Indiana with File & Serve Indiana, a customized eFiling application for the statewide court system.
IRVING, TEXAS (Oct. 28, 2016) – As part of the eFiling expansion by the Supreme Court of Indiana, File & ServeXpress launched File & Serve Indiana today as the state expanded eFiling into Marion County Circuit and Superior Courts, the largest county court system in Indiana.
File & Serve Indiana is a new eFiling application created specifically for the Indiana Courts system that interfaces with the state’s electronic filing manager. File & Serve Indiana was developed by File & ServeXpress – the same company that provided eFiling to Marion County for mass tort, mortgage foreclosure, collections, and environmental cases for 15 years. File & ServeXpress brings not only local experience, but 25 years of developing and supporting eFiling systems across 30 states and the District of Columbia.
“Expanding an eFiling system statewide requires more than just technology, it requires a partnership with law firms, attorneys, and paralegals as they make the transition and use the product in their workflow every day,” said Tammy Carter, CEO of File & ServeXpress. “Not all eFiling applications are created equal. Filers need more than a 1-800 number. They need communication, training, and eFiling and eService experts that understand the rules of procedure and how to avoid rejected filing, that are available 24/7 to support their individual needs and practice areas.”
File & Serve Indiana offers a flat rate for all features so no confusion over multiple pricing plans or subscriptions, plus firms utilizing eService for their complex cases enjoy the benefit of eFiling for free. With flexible training opportunities, filers can take advantage of live webinars, which are currently being offered daily around launch. In addition, there are recorded webinars, online videos, and opportunities for new employee training, and firm-specific training.
With File & Serve Indiana, firms can take advantage of firm-based billing and monthly bill reconciliation, all with a dedicated firm account manager for ongoing support. Document archiving is included plus through File & ServeXpress, firms have access to eService for complex cases nationwide, Concierge eFiling anywhere in the country, and the most extensive and experienced customer support in the industry.
“As the first eFiling provider in the nation, File & ServeXpress has led the way for 25 years, and we celebrate every time the technology we’ve spearheaded expands into a new jurisdiction,” said Carter. “We manage more than 75 million documents, work in 1,300 courts nationwide and have more than 190,000 registered users. Our filers know they can depend on us.”
