Registering for both File & Serve Delaware and File & ServeXpress is easy. Simply provide a little information about your organization and add any users who will need to file and/or access documents in a case. Registration is free. There is no charge to set up an account or to add users.

Which DE courts use the File & Serve Delaware system for eFiling and eService?
Only the Court of Common Pleas uses File & serve Delaware. Superior Court, Court of Chancery, Supreme Court, and the Register of Wills all use File & ServeXpress.
How do I register a File & Serve Delaware Account?
Go to https://www.fileandservedelaware.com/ and click on the “Register” link below the “Login” button. This will take you to the registration page where you can choose the type of account you want to register and follow the steps to create your account. Note that there is an option to join an existing account. You will need to obtain your organization identification number from your account administrator to complete this option.
